Jackson, NJ – The Hamilton Soccer Club Wolfpack traveled to the Jackson Justice Complex this weekend with one objective: to bring home the MOSA Cup.

On a perfect fall afternoon, the Wolfpack proved too much for a formidable Union Beach Storm team, securing the championship victory.
First Half Dominance
The scoring opened at 15:01 when Kevin Pinzon-Giraldo unleashed a rocket of a free kick from 30 yards out. A little over 15 minutes later, Kevin struck again. After accepting a perfect pass from Jefferson Martinez, Kevin masterfully carved up the last defender and deposited the shot into the bottom right corner for a 2-0 Wolfpack lead.
A Fortress in the Back
Those two goals proved to be enough, as the Wolfpack defense continually stymied the Union Beach offense. The backline, led by the “twin towers” Hendrick Lima and Royce Tyson, was impenetrable. Orion Paterson, Alexander Pelka, Yael Rodriguez, and Andy Penate were everywhere, frustrating Union Beach’s attack and repeatedly launching the Wolfpack on counterattacks. The Storm was limited to only a handful of genuine scoring opportunities all afternoon.
Depth and Resilience
For two-thirds of the match, the Wolfpack played a man down—a long story for another day—and settled into a defensive style that suits the group well. Even playing defensively, Gabe Angelucci, Sebastian Sosa, Brandon Penate, Anthony Canonico, Jefferson Martinez, and Gregory Nevers were still able to generate quality scoring chances.
In the midfield, Denzell Boza and Jairo Bustos kept the game in order, demonstrating extraordinary ball skills and positional awareness. Goalkeeper Bennett Smith stood tall when called upon, tallying another solid performance and earning a clean sheet.
Veterans Victor Kedee and Mateo Viteritto, having played in the MOSA Cup Final before, proved that experience is invaluable. Both players kept the team steady by prioritizing ball possession and using their ability to work effectively through the opposing defense.
A Champion Team
Adding six new players this season has not slowed down the Wolfpack. The new faces have each brought a unique element to the group that truly makes them a team to be reckoned with. They have proved time and time again that working together benefits the entire pack, culminating in a well-deserved championship win.
